Commercial Diving Services — FAQ

Common questions about our commercial diving services across Egypt and the Suez Canal.

What commercial diving services does Almancy offer?
Almancy provides eleven commercial diving services across Egypt: underwater inspection, hull inspection, hull cleaning, propeller polishing, sea-chest work, emergency response, pipeline inspection, marine construction, underwater welding, salvage operations, and port services.
Which areas in Egypt do you serve?
We are based in Suez at Port Tawfiq and mobilise teams to the Suez Canal, the Gulf of Suez, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, and ports across Egypt. We run one office and deploy mobile teams nationwide, which keeps us close to the Suez Canal corridor for fast response.
Do you provide ROV survey?
Our work is diver-led to 50 metres on surface-supplied equipment. When a project's depth or scope calls for it, we arrange ROV survey through specialist partners rather than operating an owned ROV fleet.
Do you handle offshore and subsea pipeline work?
Yes. We carry out diver-based subsea pipeline installation, inspection, and welding, plus offshore-platform inspection and maintenance, within surface-supplied diver range. Deeper survey scope is covered through partner-supplied ROV.
How do I get a quote for a diving project?
Send us your scope, location, and timeline through the contact page or by phone. We assess the requirement and reply within 24 hours with a free, itemised quote, and we keep a 24/7 line open for emergencies.
