The Challenge
The Arwi vessel encountered mechanical failure and grounded near Ras Sedr in an area with rocky seabed and strong currents. The location's remote nature required mobilization of equipment over significant distance. Weather windows were limited, requiring rapid execution once conditions allowed safe diving operations.
