Almancy is proud to announce that 2023 marked another outstanding year for safety performance, with zero lost-time incidents recorded across all our diving operations.

This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to safety as the foundation of everything we do. Throughout the year, our teams completed over 150 diving projects across Egypt, including complex salvage operations, extensive port inspections, and offshore maintenance work.

Our safety success is driven by comprehensive training programs, rigorous pre-dive planning, and a culture where every team member is empowered to stop work if conditions are unsafe. Regular safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives ensure our procedures remain at the forefront of industry best practices.

Key safety initiatives in 2023 included the implementation of enhanced diver monitoring systems, expanded emergency response training, and updated personal protective equipment across all operations. We also conducted over 200 hours of specialized safety training for our diving teams.
